We are hosting our first ever benefit event at Stamford Nature Center May 4th from 10:00-3:00! A day to support those with epilepsy in our Stamford community. This is a day for EVERYONE! Shop local businesses who support epilepsy, listen to live music, find epilepsy resources, hear stories from people living with epilepsy, raffles, & educate yourself on epilepsy.

Milo&Me- 501(C)(3) Non-Profit & Host

Milo&Me is STAMFORD'S only epilepsy non-profit. Created by 19 year old Sophia Seeger.

Milo&Me provides teen girls with epilepsy on the east and central coast a virtual monthly support group & sends epilepsy patients care packages in time of need. We are also very passionate about educating others in our home state of Connecticut on epilepsy.

Made By T is a local, woman-owned gift shop! We offer a variety of items from jewelry, handmade cards, original art prints and more!

T is a social worker and advocate for mental health. Made By T originally started as a hobby and grew into a small business in 2021. Each and every product is made with lots of love and patience. Some of my items are also made by other female-owned businesses. I’m a big believer in supporting small businesses and non-profits! Hope to see you at our next event! #shopsmall

Rae of hope for a cure foundation- 501(C)(3) Non-profit

Inspired by Reagan “Rea” Monast, The Rea of Hope for a Cure Foundation was founded by Reagan's Mom and biggest advocate, Erin Monast. Rea of Hope is an awareness and advocacy nonprofit that aims to support and connect families of children with complex neurological disorders, specifically epilepsy, in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.

To raise funds for their non-profit they will be selling T-shirts, stickers & paintings.

Epilepsy Foundation of Connecticut

EFCT will be providing epilepsy education starting at 11:45.

Our mission is to support people impacted by epilepsy through advocacy, education, programs, and connections to ensure that they can live their best lives.

My products are made in small batches, with the need of you at the forefront. I use ethically sourced ingredients that you can pick up from the supermarket. I carry an essential oil line as well as a phalate free, skin safe fragrance line of products. I do this because some people like variety. I carry some pretty cool bath bombs, check them out.

Just A Peace giftshop

Opened in 2017, Just A Peace Giftshop (990 Hope Street - Stamford, CT) offers young adults on the autism spectrum a place to practice daily life and social skills alongside their peers and mentors. It's an enchanting store filled with new and uniquely handcrafted merchandise, where everyone feels valued and appreciated regardless of their abilities.

We are owned by Stamford Education 4 Autism. All our merchandise is new or created by individuals with disabilities. All the items are incredibly affordable, so our customers will frequently return. The more business we have, the more practice there is for our eager volunteers!

Sophia Seeger

Sophia Seeger, is the president and founder of Milo&Me. She will be speaking about her journey with epilepsy as well how Milo&Me was created and the services they provide for people living with epilepsy.

Maggie Calvert

Maggie will be speaking about her sister, Molly. Molly's beautiful life was tragically cut short at 24 years young on May 8th, 2023. I hope to raise awareness for SUDEP (sudden unexpected death in epilepsy) as well honor her baby sister.

Scott Welliver

Scott is a Landau Kleffner Syndrome survivor. Scott will be speaking about his journey with LKS as well as his daughters journey with epilepsy.
