SUPPORT GROUP

Milo&Me’s Virtual Teen Support Group is a monthly space created for young people living with epilepsy to connect, create, and feel understood by others who get it.

Meeting once a month, each group will feature a new activity or conversation led by Sophia Seeger, founder of Milo&Me, alongside a rotating guest leader from the epilepsy community, social work field, child life, mental health and wellness spaces, advocacy world, and more.

Every month will be a little different! From dream boards and creative projects to conversations about confidence, friendships, self-advocacy, identity, navigating epilepsy, and everyday life, each session is designed to make connecting with peers feel comfortable, meaningful, and fun.

Depending on the month’s activity and topic, the age range and group may vary. Some sessions may be open to all genders, while others may be specifically designed for girls or another age group. The intended ages and group for each session will always be…
