Milo&Me’s Virtual Teen Support Group is a monthly space created for young people living with epilepsy to connect, create, and feel understood by others who get it.Meeting once a month, each group will feature a new activity or conversation led by Sophia Seeger, founder of Milo&Me, alongside a rotating guest leader from the epilepsy community, social work field, child life, mental health and wellness spaces, advocacy world, and more.

This Months Activity:
Virtual Dream Boards
Cohosted by Alexis Rhodes, MS, COLS, IPPE -C, Child Life Specialist
This event is for girls with epilepsy between the ages of 13 & 18 through the creation of personalized dream boards and engagement in meaningful therapeutic dialogue with peers, participants will explore topics related to identity, self-esteem, goal setting, and more!
*This event is VIRTUAL, so participants will be responsible for bringing their own supplies! While the event's theme is Dream Boards, feel free to get creative and bring materials for journaling, sketching, or any other expressive outlet you'd like to engage in while connecting with peers!*
